Amazon is having its fall hardware event on Tuesday, September 30 at 10AM ET in New York City, where it is expected to debut new devices across various product categories.
The event will not be livestreamed, but Engadget staff will be liveblogging it in real-time, with pre-show coverage starting at 8AM ET.
Amazon is likely to announce new hardware for its voice assistant, Alexa+, particularly updates for the Echo line of smart speakers, which have not seen updates in years.
The invitation includes a photo of a Kindle, suggesting potential updates for the Kindle line, including the basic model and possibly a new option that combines features from the Kindle Scribe 2 and Kindle Colorsoft.
There is also an indication of News regarding Fire TV and potential new products from Amazon-owned Ring and Eero brands. Current devices are already on sale ahead of the October Prime Day starting on October 7.
