Hyrule Warriors: Age of Imprisonment is set to launch on November 6, 2025, for Nintendo Switch 2. The first gameplay footage was revealed at the 2025 Tokyo Game Show, showcasing ten minutes of direct-feed content.

Players can join forces with Mineru, the Sages, and new heroes, utilizing Zonai Devices and signature abilities to defeat powerful bosses. Local co-op is available for two players, allowing for split-screen play on one console or via GameShare on two consoles.
