Anker’s 160W 14-in-1 docking station is currently available at a discounted price of $170 on Amazon, down from its regular price of $270. This sale is part of the lead-up to Prime Day, which is set to occur soon.
Docking Station Features
The Anker docking station consolidates multiple devices into one hub, reducing desktop clutter. It supports connections to multiple displays, fast data transfers, and device charging.
This hub features four USB-C ports on the front, with two offering up to 100W maximum output and the other two capable of 10Gb/s transfer speeds. Additionally, it includes two USB-A ports: one for 12W charging and another for data transfer. The total output when all charging ports are in use reaches 160W.
On the front, a smart screen displays charging information for connected devices, and an audio jack is available for headphone connections. The rear of the docking station includes three USB-A data ports, two HDMI 2.0 ports for multiple display connections at up to 4K resolution, an Ethernet port with a capacity of 1Gb/s, and a USB-C upstream port.
To prevent overheating, the docking station employs ActiveShield temperature monitoring, checking temperature levels three million times daily. An efficient airflow system helps maintain a cool operating temperature, and the smart display provides alerts in case of overheating.
