Samsung is set to release three new flagships next year, including the Galaxy S26 Ultra, which shows minimal changes from its predecessor. Leaked renders reveal its design and dimensions, with a notable camera bump.
Design and Dimensions
The Galaxy S26 Ultra maintains a similar appearance to the S25 Ultra, featuring flat edges and curved corners. According to leaked dimensions, the S26 Ultra is less than a millimeter taller and wider than the S25 Ultra, with a thickness reduced from 8.2mm to 7.9mm.
However, the camera bump has significantly increased. The Galaxy S26 Ultra’s camera module extends an additional 4.5mm from the device, resulting in a total thickness of 12.4mm. This design is inspired by the protruding plateau seen on the Galaxy Z Fold 7.
Camera Specifications
The main camera is a 1/1.3-inch 200MP f/1.4 lens, which offers an improved aperture but not significant advancements in other features. The 10MP 3x telephoto lens has reportedly switched to a different sensor compared to the S25 Ultra. The 50MP ultra-wide and 5x periscope lenses appear to remain unchanged.
With the camera setup largely unchanged, the design seems focused on aligning with other flagship models. As the launch date approaches, more information may emerge about the Galaxy S26 Ultra’s unique features.
