Poll: Did You Purchase Super Mario Galaxy 1 and 2 for Switch?
Super Mario Galaxy and Super Mario Galaxy 2 were released for the Switch this week. Early data from the eShop shows which game is the most popular.
As expected, Super Mario Galaxy 2 is currently ranked first on Nintendo’s digital store chart in the US. The original Super Mario Galaxy is in third place, following the new release Hades II. Overall, the Galaxy pack remains a popular choice among Switch buyers.
The same trend is noted in the UK and Japan, where Super Mario Galaxy 2 leads the rankings, with the original in third place.
While this data comes from three regions, rankings may vary in other areas. The original Super Mario Galaxy was also included in Super Mario 3D All-Stars, so many Switch players revisited it in 2020.
