The Trump Mobile T1, a smartphone associated with “American values,” is delayed beyond its anticipated release in September 2025. The phone was first announced in June 2025.
Release Date Uncertainty
The T1 was initially expected to launch in September 2025, but that timeline is now in doubt. The Trump Organization’s press release indicated an August arrival, while the Trump Mobile website suggested September. As of now, buyers who paid a $100 deposit are still waiting for the device.
In the weeks following the announcement, the Trump Mobile website was updated to remove the September release mention. The current store page states the phone will arrive “later this year.” The Trump Organization has not provided comments regarding the delay.
Changes to Specifications
Significant changes have occurred regarding the T1’s specifications. The screen size has been adjusted from 6.78 inches to 6.25 inches. The previous promise of a “5000mAh long life camera” has also been removed from the spec sheet. Currently, the only visual representation of the T1 is a low-quality render.
Additionally, the claim that the T1 is made in the USA has been altered. The company now states there are “American hands behind every device” and emphasizes that it was “designed with American values in mind.” The expected price for the T1 upon its release is $499.
