Hearthstone’s Across the Timeways expansion launches on November 4, adding 145 new cards and a storyline featuring Warcraft heroes from various eras. Players can utilize new keywords Fabled and Rewind to manipulate time and cards.
Chromie, the Bronze Dragonflight’s chronomancer, discovers Murozond is attempting to disrupt timelines. She recruits Fabled heroes from different realities to combat this threat.
Players can view the reveal schedule and already revealed cards in the Official Card Library. Joining the r/Hearthstone Discord offers additional opportunities to uncover new cards.
New Keyword: Rewind
Rewind is a new keyword allowing players to replay cards with random effects. This feature offers a chance to alter previous outcomes.
Players can acquire three Rewind cards for free by logging in, visiting the in-game Shop, and participating in an upcoming event.
New Keyword: Fabled
Fabled heroes from various timelines bring extra Legendary cards that automatically integrate into decks. Each class receives a Fabled Legendary.
Alleria and Vereesa Windrunner join the game from a timeline before Arthas, showcasing their full power.
Gelbin Mekkatorque pilots a mech in a futuristic Gnomeregan, offering two Legendary Auras that synergize with new Paladin cards.
Bend Time to Your Will
Across the Timeways introduces additional mechanics to control time. One card can imprison an opposing minion for 10,000 turns.
Another card can duplicate a minion in hand, enhancing powerful effects.
Ally With the Protectors of the Timeways
Nozdormu, leader of the Bronze Dragonflight, plays a central role in the expansion. He is the same as Murozond, his corrupted future self.
The theme of duality is prevalent, with cards representing opposing sides of the time war.
