Yakuza Kiwami 3 is a remake of 2009’s Yakuza 3, which originally released on the PlayStation 3 and was remastered in 2018. The remake will also include a side story titled Dark Tides.
In Yakuza Kiwami 3, players continue the story of ex-yakuza Kazuma Kiryu as he fights to protect those he loves. The remake enhances every aspect of the original game, featuring reimagined combat and added scenes for more depth.
Dark Tides presents a new tale featuring Yoshitaka Mine, who previously led a successful startup company before entering the yakuza world. His journey is marked by boxing-based combat and engaging side experiences.
Two men will walk different paths that converge to shake the very foundations of fate.
