Earlier today during the Capcom Online Program for Tokyo Game Show 2025, we got our long-awaited gameplay trailer for C. Viper.

4 Key Takeaways
  1. C. Viper's gameplay trailer was revealed today.
  2. She will be available in about three weeks.
  3. C. Viper's level 1 super is called Limit Decoupler.
  4. Her nostalgia costume can be earned in World Tour.
Fast Answer: C. Viper’s gameplay trailer revealed new moves and mechanics for Street Fighter 6.

The trailer showcased lots of nostalgic C. Viper moves including some new tricks as well as a beautifully made nostalgia costume of her Street Fighter 4 look and even showed US Zangief’s costume 4 of Mecha Zangief. Capcom has shared more details on how C. Viper works.

In the Capcom blog post for C. Viper, a lot more light is shed on her moves and how they work. C. Viper still has a lot of technical aspects to her to do flashy things, but in order to do so she needs to pay with her Drive Gauge in many different scenarios.

The followup move which C. Viper shows after her Thunder Dash (called Thunder Knuckle in Street Fighter 4) in the trailer is revealed to be called Tracer Combination which costs a Drive Gauge to perform. Thunder Dash can be Feint canceled.

All versions of her Burning Kick are safe on block, allowing her to pressure heavily with this move. The airborne versions of her Burning Kick include the light version dropping straight down while the medium and heavy versions keep her jump momentum for the move.

C. Viper now has two different followups to Burning Kick: Knuckled Pursuit, a forward-dashing hit, and Double Burn, a kick followup that’s plus on block. Both of these also cost a Drive Gauge to perform.

Seismic Hammer is back and can still be Feint cancelled, maintaining many of the classic C. Viper techniques. Her new move Focus Force puts an electric barrier in front of her and can be held to absorb attacks or cancelled with a dash.

Her High Jump can be performed in neutral or as a cancel either from Seismic Hammer or any of her normals except for her sweep, costing one bar of Drive Gauge to perform.

C. Viper’s Super Moves include a level 1 super called Limit Decoupler, which is an install that allows her to use High Jumps or followup moves without using Drive Gauge. The full install gauge will be depleted if used while in burnout.

Her level 2 super is called Mission Complete, which has invincibility attached to it and can be used as a reversal or combo finisher. Her level 3 super, called Hard Luck Rejector, is a cinematic beatdown leading to massive damage.

Her nostalgia costume will be available through maxing her bond in World Tour or by using Fighter Coins.
